ATTENTION: This project does not have a refundable deposit for plans and specs. The files below may be downloaded and printed if desired. All printing costs are the responsibility of the user.

Pre-bid Meeting on 10/14/2025 10:00 AM in 194B General Services Building.

A prebid meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m., C.S.T., October 14, 2025 in the General Services Bldg., Room 194B, followed by a site walk-through.

Submission Deadline (Bid Open) on 11/6/2025 1:30 PM in Room 183 General Services Building.

Bids will be received by the Curators of the University of Missouri, Owner, at Planning, Design & Construction, Room L100 (Front Reception Desk), General Services Building, University of Missouri, Columbia, Missouri 65211, until 1:30 p.m., C.S.T., November 6, 2025 and then immediately opened and publicly read aloud.
