Bids will be received by the Curators of the University of Missouri, Owner, at Planning, Design & Construction, Room L100 (Front Reception Desk), General Services Building, University of Missouri, Columbia, Missouri 65211, until 1:30 p.m., C.S.T., April 2, 2026 and then immediately opened and publicly read aloud
